Metric Halo MIOConsole MIDI hook usage sample

Demonstration: Metric Halo ULN-2 3D Jensen Mod with MIDI hook for my live performance.

1. Volume is controlled by CC7 sent from an expression pedal.
2. The flute mic input mute on/off is controlled by the MIDI hook to Mainstage, so the flute mic is muted when Wind Synth is in use.
